Windows 10: Cannot connect to any website, except for basic websites such as Wikipedia

I have recently been given my schools computer as they weren’t going to use them any more and let us buy them. They had a lot of software tamper protection on it and didn’t remove it for me, so I did it myself. There was a program called Carbon Black. I uninstalled it with the “add or remove features” feature, and now my internet will not work as intended. I can look things up and it will appear example, if I look up “cool houses” it will give me results, but I cannot click on any links. As soon as I click on the link, it just infinitely loads until inevitably showing “cannot connect to this

Wikipedia website not opening

It is the Wikipedia website ALONE

I'm not using WiFi and seldom do so. I've no problems with other websites including this one. Problem started on 12 July 2014

Possibly your cellular provider blocks access. Try using another connection (though this may have similar restrictions if its national)

check that you're using the right local suffix for wikipedia.
