Windows 10: Cannot connect to home Wi-Fi without FIPS enabled

Hey.I have an old Surface 3 tablet Surface 3 is a 2-in-1 detachable from the Microsoft Surface series, from 2015. Surface 3 utilizes an x86 Intel Atom system-on-chip architecture and it has issues when trying to connect to my home network. I'm not a government employee, just a average home user. But, when I enable the FIPS in my settings, then the tablet will connect to my home network without issues Is it safe for me to use FIPS on my tablet?Because I've tried all the other methods that I can find on the net regarding my connectivity and none of them work at all with my issue.I´ve installed

Can't Connect to WiFi - FIPS Mistakenly Enabled

• How did you enable FIPS?
• Did you enable FIPS from the router page?

Please let us know if you have followed the steps mention by Jitendra Kushwaha in the TechNet link which you have sent.

I request you to follow the steps and disable the FIPS and try to connect to the network after restarting the device.

wi fi connection

After windows 1903 update I don't have any wi fi connection or icon showing and have tried many suggestions on how to get it, but none have worked.

Can you provide a step by step instruction on how to get wi fi icon and network.
