Windows 10: Cannot connect to Microsoft store and Copilot while I am under virtual network adaptor...

Hi, I have search around but have no clue what's going wrong in my setup.Currently I am using a vmware firewall pfsense and i have setup my host the window passing through this vm firewall by configuring using the same virtual network adaptor.Clearly i have internet connections while i can play games, browsing internet, using discord etc. but some of the apps like whatsapp, microsoft store and copilot does not work as it states that I don't have internet connections.I don't think it is my firewall setup as it works on other apps and there should be no additional rule needed for this kind o

Microsoft hosted Virtual Adaptor is Missing under Device Manager - Network Adaptors (not shown in list,even not in hidden device. ).how can i get it?

You may follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Method 2: Try updating the latest Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

  Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:
  
• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Network Adapter.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

For games I suggest you to disable the proxy settings and then try to download the games.

I am not able to create hosted network and Microsoft Virtual Adapter is missing in my laptop and also tell how to download from your official website...
