Windows 10: Cannot connect to MSFTVPN Manual: Error Code: 53003

When I try to connect to MSFTVPN Manual I get an error saying that my sign in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access the resource. There is also info to provide to an admin, but I am not sure whom I should contact, any help is appreciated, thanks!

How do I fix this error code (Cant connect to MSFTVPN required client certificate not found) This is on a VM

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
