Windows 10: Cannot connect to this network problem

I tried:

1)uploading driver wifi card

2)flush DNS

3) ip reset / winsock reset

4) built-in troubleshooting not working (cause I can't connect to any wifi, and it asks me to connect before the troubleshooting can go forward

5) restart pc/router

6) uninstalling the driver and reinstalling

I can connect to my mobile hotspot and other devices can connect to the wifi so it isn't the router. I have also tried plugging in a USB wifi adapter and that is throwing up the same issue when trying to connect to the same wifi.

Any advice? I'm pretty lost

Method 1: Network troubleshooting

• • • On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
    • Click on “Network and Internet”
    • Click on “Network Adapter” and run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the latest firmware updates for the adapter.

• On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
• On the left pane locate “Network Adapter” and expand by clicking on it
• Right on the “ Wireless adapter/Ethernet” option and click “Uninstall’
• Download the latest Wireless network/Ethernet adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.
