    Cannot connect xp-pen tablet


    I have purchased an xp pen 13.3 pro tablet and set it up connected to my windows computer. I have quintuple checked that I have set everything up and plugged everything in correctly, however when I open the driver and try to click display settings it is telling me to set my screen to extend despite my screen already being set to extend. The cursor roller on the tablet is working but the screen is remaining blank and when I try to turn it on it says no signal

    Have you faced any issue while trying to connect the tablet to the PC?

    The XP Pen Star06 is an excellent wireless graphics drawing tablet which lets you make your digital artwork more comfortable and fun. You will be able to transform your ideas into beautiful images. Kindly check with the steps
    listed below and see if it works.

    To make your drawing tablet work with Windows 10,

    • Simply connect the ISM 2.4G USB receiver into your computer to start drawing
      wirelessly. Else, connect the tablet to your computer with the USB cable provided.
    • Download the latest driver from the
      XP PEN website      , for the tablet to function.
    • After successful installation of driver, a driver icon will appear in your system tray and on your desktop. If the driver isn’t present,
      Uninstall the driver and Reboot the machine before you
      repeat the same steps.

    Issue W/XP-PEN G430 Graphic Tablet and Windows Recognition

    Hello,

    I recently received an XP-PEN G430 Graphic Tablet, and connected it to my computer with Windows 10. While my computer recognizes that something is plugged in, and the tablet is able to control the arrow, I cannot go through the driver installation process
    because the tablet isn't recognized as a tablet but instead as a mouse device.

    I've checked My Devices/Device Manager/Devices and Printers, you name it, and the tablet is listed as TABLET but only in NAME. Otherwise, it's recognized as a mouse device.

    If I can't get it recognized as a tablet device, I can't go through the installation process as it says that my tablet is not connected.

    Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    My xp pen tablet cant be detected on my windows - Help

    Hi I am using windows10 and my xp pen star 03 is recognized as if it was a mouse. The tablet work but the Xp pen app can't detect my tablet so i can't open my tablet setting. on my Device manager, my tablet is on the "Human Interface Device" and i can't
    uninstall the driver to reinstall the driver. Any suggestion?
