Windows 10: Cannot connet to internet after update...

About 5 hours ago internet (wired) on pc was working fine. Now it does not. All I did 5 hoirs ago is update windows (kb4462933).


I already tried several different ethernet cables and all router ports.


Router wireless works, because the phone connects. Also another ethernet cable works with the tv.


So problem is the pc. Troubleshoot says 'network cable unplugged' it is as if there is no cable, the router's port for the pc cable doesn't blink.


I suspect win update. I uninstalled today's update but problem persists. But maybe some parts of it are still there.

how to connet to nokia pc suite using bluetooth

i tried conneting my nokia 6600 with my pc using bluetooth,but can'nt authentcate.after the second step the connetion was lost.i was told that n6600 is out of date and can'nt be used on any nokia pc suite.again this nokia 6600 can not use opera 5.0/5.2 to
browse the same problem is out of date.is there a solution for all this problem listed above cus i need urgent solutions and answers please.thanks

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Can't access to internet

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
internet connection troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the internet issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Click on View all from the left side panel of the window.
  
• 
  Select Internet Connections,
  click on Advanced and check
  Apply repairs automatically option.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
  

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to
uninstall the network adapter
driver from the device manager by following the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand the Network adapter driver from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and click on Uninstall
  option.
  
• 
  Restart the PC to install the network adapters automatically and check if the changes are effective.
  

Step 3: If the issue persist, I suggest you to
update the network adapter driver from the device manager by following the steps below:

  Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand the Network adapter driver from the list.
  
•
