Windows 10: Cannot create a new Microsoft account

I am trying to create a new Microsoft account for my kid but I always get stuck on the "Help us beat the robots" page.I add the email and the password and I also can add the birthday and regionOn the next step, it tried to connect to the puzzle but it times out and I get the retry button. Once pressed, it does not even appear any more. Things I have tried with no result:Tried a different browserCleared my cachetried a different device both pc and mobileTurned my firewall offTried a different network mobileCould you please help me since I need this account Thanks a lot in advance.

Creating a Microsoft account PIN

If you are unable to create a PIN for your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1.Reset Microsoft Account: Try resetting your Microsoft account password. You can do this using a third-party device such as a cell phone, tablet, etc. by going to the Microsoft Account Recovery page and following the instructions to reset your password. After resetting the password, restart the computer and try creating the PIN again.

2.I would suggest that you can refer to the steps in Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support to start your computer in safe mode.

Please create a new account in Safe Mode by following the steps below and see if the issue still persists under the new account.

• Search for CMD, then run it in administrator mode and enter the following command:

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with your desired account name and password, if you don't need a password you can leave out PASSWORD.

Creating or signing in to microsoft account

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

Unable to create new User account
