    Cannot Create Personal Microsoft Account


    I am attempting to create a personal Microsoft account for my wife.I go to https://login.microsoftonline.comI click "Use another account"I click "Create one" next to the text "No account?"I follow all the prompts until it gets to the screen that says "Please solve the puzzle so we know you're not a robot."I solve the puzzle over and over and over at one point, I tried 5 sets of three... 15 tries!I tried the audio option and it has me do it again and again and again.It never gets out of the loop.If I open developer tools, it throws an error that says: "Uncaught in promise".I'm stuck... I

    Creating or signing in to microsoft account

    The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

    • Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
    • You do not have a data connection.

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
