"Error 0x80070780 File Cannot Be Accessed by the System"

    Hi, ShannonMMurphy

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are experiencing a "System cannot access file 0x80070780 error" problem. This may be due to a hard disk failure and we note that you have already tried the repair system command, so we suggest that you try using the chkdsk command to detect the disk again:

    1. Open "Command Prompt (Administrator)" by clicking Win+X.
    2. In the Command Prompt window type chkdsk <disk letter>: /f
For example, to check and repair partition D:

    chkdsk D: /f

Enter to start the chkdsk disk checker tool to scan the D partition, and check other partitions similarly.

Note: You are advised to check the disk drive other than the C drive first. To check the C drive, you need to reboot before executing it, type Y and then press Enter. Just in case, it is recommended that you check all disk drives.

Disclaimer: Running chkdsk can check the file system and file system metadata of a volume for logical and physical errors. To avoid any trouble for you, do not cancel or interrupt chkdsk, and back up important data.

More information please refer to this chkdsk | Microsoft Learn.

Additionally, you can try creating a new user, importing the OneDrive backup files into that account, and unbinding the old account, which may be able to get your main computer back to normal.

    Sincerely
