Windows 10: Cannot delete admin account

out of no where there is a secondary administrator account in my laptop i’m running windows 10 and it won’t show up to let me delete it from my main account that I have always used that is also an admin account. This new admin account doesn’t allow me to set a pin for it and it is able to delete my main account that I’ve always used. In short-windows 10-new admin user added-new admin user cannot be deleted - new admin user won’t allow windows hello pin to be set-new admin user can remove my main user account that is also my Microsoft account

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

 

Deleted account keeps reappearing
