    Cannot Disable Sticky Keys


    Hello,I have a problem about sticky keys. When I open my computer it activates instantly. I tried to uncheck boxes at ease of access and windows settings but it didn't work. Still I have the issue when I reboot computer its active again. I also tried to disable it from registry but it didn't solve the problem. I need help to disable it.Another problem is when I try to change settings in "log in settings" I can't able to do that. When I check boxes and save it, it doesn't change and still unchecked.Have a good day.

    Disable sticky keys

    Sticky keys were activated by mistake.

    Press Shift 5 times to disable it is not working.

    I can not log into my laptop with Windows 10

    Please suggest another way

    Hi,

    Sticky keys dialog box appears when you have press the Shift key five times continuously. It also lets you use the Shift, Ctrl, ALT, or Windows Logo keys by pressing one key at a time. You can set up Sticky Keys from the Ease of Access Center on the Control
    Panel. Follow the steps below:

    • Press the Shift key five times.
    • Once the dialog box appear, click the Go to the Ease of Access Center to disable keyboard shortcut link.
    • It will open the Set up Sticky Notes window in the Control Panel.
    • Uncheck Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times option.
    • You can also set the settings to your desired option.

    After doing so, check if the same pop-up will appear while playing the game.

    How can I disable "Startup" for Sticky Notes, on Windows 10 1607

    Hi,

    Since the steps provided did not help, we'll try a different approach. We suggest resetting Sticky Notes first then proceed on doing the same steps on how to disable it on startup. Follow the steps provided below:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Apps.
    • Find Sticky Notes under Apps
      & features.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Click Reset.
    • Repeat the steps provided by Confused Caribou.
