Windows 10: Cannot do anything from boot screen after msconfig disable?

Disabled all msconfig tried to use recovery window from startup screen but using any of those options either A restarts my pc and leaves it on a black screen or B shuts my pc down completely

Accidentally disabled RAM in msconfig Windows 7

While trying to activate some extra RAM in my computer I accidentally disabled all of my RAM except for 10 MB in the advanced boot options in msconfig. Now when I boot my computer it blue screens with the error msg "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO." I have tried
booting in safe mode but it does the same thing. Running msconfig through the cmd prompt in System Recovery Options isn't working either. Any suggestions on how I could get to msconfig or change the advanced boot options without booting my computer into windows?

I accidentally disabled everything in msconfig

Hello,

I have taken everything off of the motherboard and left the basics on still no output. My motherboard does not have led debugging and I do not have access to a speaker. I have also cleared the cmos. Any suggestions?

Virus or something that disables many things

from your run command, type msconfig, and look at your startup items. Look for things that look suspicious. (You can opt to have it not list system services) try disabling a given suspicious item for boot, if it solves the problem, msconfig will provide the items location, and you can go delete it yourself.
