Have tried everything I could find for this issue. Get error code Code: 0x80073CF9Message: Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later.

couldn't download dolby access from Microsoft store

I am unable to download dolby access app from microsoft store not only dolby access for any app it is showing some error.

I have reset the app and again i tried to download but no use it is showing the same error.

please help me with this...

A. Make sure that you are signed in to the same Microsoft Store account that you used to purchase Dolby Access for headphones.

If you are signed in to a different account, the purchase may not be recognized.

B. Open the Microsoft store app, go to the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and select Downloads and updates Check if Dolby Access is listed under owned and verify the purchase is associated with the correct account.

C. Make sure that the Dolby Access application is up-to-date. Open the Microsoft Store app, go to the three-dot menu in the top right corner, and select Downloads and updates. Check if there are any updates available for Dolby Access.

you can also try uninstalling and then reinstalling Dolby Access.

if Is none of this resolves the issue, I recommend checking with the entity as it is a matter of payments, we can not help in these matters.

you may need to contact Dolby support for further assistance or request a refund through the Microsoft Store

Still can't activate dolby atmos for headphones
