    Cannot download certain app in Microsoft Store


    Hello.


    I had no problem downloading apps from Microsoft store until recently; I've been unable to download a free app named "bluetooth audio receiver", and ONLY this app. Just to double check, I have installed a few apps Microsoft sudoku, bluetooth data receiver, send to bluetooth are the 3 apps I just downloaded before writing this. No problem Whenever I press the download button, nothing happens: no error message, no crash. Just nothing.


    I have followed all the steps instructed minus step 9 and 10 from this page:

    from updating the entire windows system, resetting all the cache and reinstalling the store app. No related questions from the Microsoft community or other multiple forums.


    I would very much appreciate it if you could solve this problem.
