Windows 10: Cannot download Itunes back onto my HP Laptop

I believe I accidentally uninstalled an Itunes program, which caused itunes to shut down as soon as I open it. I've tried multiple ways to reinstall, such as deleting all of the Itunes components. When I restart my laptop, and go to the Microsoft store to get the Itunes app, it says that I already have the app, and that I cannot reinstall because it is already installed. when it clearly isn't. I've been trying to do this for almost 3 hours now and I'm starting to give up.

iTunes won't connect to my iTunes Media directory

1. Uninstall iTunes completely. (I suggest using Geek Uninstaller. In my experience this does a good job of clearing remnants.)
2. Download and install latest iTunes from Apple, not Windows Store (Never use the Windows Store for iTunes.)
3. Check whether the Apple version allows you to point to your old media store.

Can't Install iTunes on New HP Laptop Windows 10

My new HP laptop won't download itunes and it says that "errors occurred during installation before itunes could be configured."
Laptop is HP 15-BW018CA A9-9420/8 GB /1 TB. How can I fix this? I have tried restarting the computer, downloading through edge and chrome, etc. I have all of the latest Windows 10 updates. Please help!!
