Windows 10: Cannot download Pandora app in microsoft store

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but I cannot get any straight answer from Microsoft. I just finished building a new PC with Windows 10 Pro. My old PC also has Windows 10 Pro. I am trying to update my new PC by installing all of the same apps that I had before. On the old PC I had installed the Pandora Internet Radio app from the Microsoft Store. This time, when I tried installing it on the new PC from the Microsoft Store, the "get the app" button is grayed out and a notice says "this app does not work on your device". Is there a special process that I must follow? I tried googling it but got nothing that would help. I can't download it from Pandora's site but can make a shortcut to the website. I know it sounds trivial. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

One of the possible reasons why you are unable to download the app is due to device incompatibility. The Pandora app that is available on the Windows Store supports Xbox One consoles and mobile devices only. To resolve this, we recommend that you contact
Pandora’s support for them to direct you where you can download the Pandora One Desktop app that is compatible to your PC.

I just built a new PC with Windows 10 pro installed. My old PC is running Windows 10 pro also. My old PC has Pandora app downloaded and installed, but my new PC states that "this app does not work on your device". What is the difference between this windows
version and my old PC's windows version? They are one and the same.

 

For some unknown reason it appeared in my recently added column of my start tab. Don't know why but it doesn't matter. Thanks. Problem solved!
