Windows 10: Cannot Download "The Outer World" because off a missing file

This may sound weird but hear me out. I accidentally deleted my old user and had to make a new user. The weird thing is though that, the old user is in the C drive but I cannot download this game.


After doing some Googling I have found out the game is located in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps and is called PrivateDivision.TheOuterWorldsWindows10_1.0.369.0_x64__hv3d7yfbgr2rp . My logic is that if I delete the folder than the Xbox (beta) app (for game pass on PC) will see that no folder exists and start installing. I can see the folder in WinowsApps and my computer shows me that folder is in WindowsApps but at the same time Windows 10 does not know the folder is. As seen in the image below.




Now that error message is because I tried opening it but a similar one shows when I try to delete it. I have tried running DISM.exe repair, CHKDSK, deleting in Safe Mode, deleting on a different user, made a new user, and even restoring WindowsApps from previous versions but none of that work. I also tried deleting via Admin Command Prompt and that also didn't work because an error shows saying the system cannot find the file.


I just wanna play the game and I can't download it because the system keeps throwing errors.

The world in Minecraft Windows 10 is missing

My laptop froze and I restarted it after that moment one world is missing from Minecraft Windows 10. However I found it in the worlds folder but not in the world list. How can I get it back?

 

Downloaded files disappear


When you download a file through any browser, there's an option somewhere to 'Open Containing Folder.'

In Windows, to find a file you have downloaded...

1. Open your personal folder by clicking the Start button and then clicking your user name at the top of the Start menu's right pane.
   
2. Double-click one of the following folders:
   
   • Downloads
     
   • Documents
     
   • Pictures
     
   • Videos
     
   • Music

If you do not see the file you are looking for, but know its file name, you can search for it by following these steps:
To search for a file you have downloaded...

1. Click the Start button
   
2. Type all or part of the file name into the Search box.
   The file you are looking for will appear in the list of results.
