Windows 10: Cannot download windows 11 ISO for x64 devices

I have tried repeatedly across 3 different devices and multiple browsers to download the windows iso for x64 devices in order to do an update in-place upgrade of windows 11 because my windows update will not install the recent major version update and the troubleshooter has not worked either. I keep getting the following error: Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and d991b933-5033-411f-a2d9-db2e58994567I have been looping through this process for over an hour and all the threads I can find just say to try another browser which hasn't worked

The steps suggest using the ISO file. Your screenshot tells me that you used the Installation Assistant.

Download the Windows ISO file under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices".

- Click the Windows 11 download page link suggested in my previous post;

- Under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices", on "Select Download", change to "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices)", and click "Download now";

- Then, select the language that matches the one currently installed on your computer and click "Confirm";

- Then, click "64-bit Download".
