Windows 10: Cannot download xbox app stuck pending

Had a new gaming pc for Christmas with windows 11 OS, tried everything to download xbox app but all I get is it saying stuck pending, I have googled everything I can find on the topic and tried numerous ways of fixing it with all the suggestions I have found on the web, yet everything I try does not fix this issue. Any more help would be much appreciated. * Moved from Community Center

All downloads are stuck on pending.

All of my downloads in the microsoft store are stuck on pending, and none of them are starting to download. This also means I can't download anything in the xbox (beta) with the game pass.

 

Microsoft Store downloads are stuck on pending

I have recently subscribed to to the gamepass for PC. I tried downloading the XBOX app on Microsoft Store but it seems to be stuck on pending, same with the other apps. I've noticed this problem a few weeks ago but didn't pay attention to it until now. I have tried many solutions from the web including fixes with powershell, cmd, logging off and signing in again on the microsoft store, reseting the app , but none have worked. I tried downloading the XBOX app from the microsoft site, still the installer was stuck with zero progress "Making things awesome". I need help.

I guess not need for step 2 as I won't run it as .ps1 script.

I tried the command, but the game is still stuck in the Xbox app, keep in mind that the game is not listed in Windows apps.
