Windows 10: Cannot downloading WhatsApp in Microsoft Store, Window 11.

I cannot download WhatsApp in Microsoft Store, Windows 11. It says "There has been an error" after acquiring the license. I have already tried restarting the laptop, restarting the Microsoft store, and checking the newest update.
