Windows 10: Cannot Downloal From Microsoft Store

playstore_error.pngsysteminfo.pngI have couple of games Subnautica, Minecraft we bought in 2022. Then we had to replace the laptop to a new one and now we cannot download of the games. I see the games in the library but every time we try to download it spins for a bit and shows "something went wrong from our side". I have tried all suggestion restarting, clearing store cache, reinstalling it as posted in other threads. no luck. I could not upload screenshots as the upload tool throws and errors tried many times including using Edge : . So I have uploaded them to onedrive and pasted publi

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

and check.

Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
