    Cannot enter alpha letters when prompted for BitLocker recovery key


    For some reason I am prompted for a Bitlocker Recovery KeyID. My keyboard will not type letters, only numbers. I can get into my Microsoft account on my phone. Can I unlock my laptop from my phone?

    Bitlocker recovery key prompt my alpha keys not working

    Being prompted for Bitlocker key which I do not have. There is one being displayed on my screen which has alpha characters, for some reason only my numerics work on my keyboard. Very frustrating
