Windows 10: Cannot enter Savemode - PIN not working cannot enter any

HiI can normal login into windows 11 with no issuesBut when i try to enter Safe mode , Windows says, something is wrong with the pin and I cannot enter any. Just can click to make a new PIN, but this also does not work. Windows wants after 2 tries to load an app from the app store instead of defining a new PIN ..... SO STRANGEThen I cannot leave this circuit on a normal way. Need to power off. Normal Windows Start and logon works without problems. Safe Mode not possible.Deleted the NGC direcory - got new PIN => same issue in safe mode again .

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

 

Can't enter PIN for Headset

Bluetooth Plantronics PR BT5028. Windows V 1903. Windows recognizes the headset when I try to add it, but then puts up a window suggesting a six-digit number and asking if that number matches the headset PIN.
Plantronics has publicly posted the fact that the PIN is "0000" but....there is no way I can find to enter 0000. When Windows decides that the numbers don't match the pairing fails and another six-digit number is offered.
Has anyone encountered this before? How can I enter the known pin?

 

Required to type 'A1B2C3' before entering PIN

As of a week ago, I have been receiving the error message, "You've entered an incorrect PIN serveral times. To try again enter A1B2C3 below." The problem with that is that I have never entered my PIN incorrectly and am the only one that utilizes my desktop. I have ran malware/virus scans and have turned up zero discrepancies. Additionally, I reinstalled Windows 10 (and activated) a month ago after upgrading my motherboard, processor, and memory. So why is it asking me to enter in this letter/number combination EVERY time despite never having entered in my PIN incorrectly? This is rather annoying and essentially a two-step authentication factor, of sorts, that I did not ask for. Is anyone else experiencing this?
