    Cannot enter text in windows 10 search fields


    Hello I followed two methods using powershell in another popular thread which didnt work.


    Next i did a sfc /scannow from powershell which detected errors and said was unable to fix them. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to repair some of them. It then gives me some file references for logs.


    Dont want to paste the whole log here as its long but here is the end full log available upon request

    Using the tab key to hop between text fields highlights all buttons

    Hello,
    Whenever a dialog box pops up in Windows 10, if it contains text input fields and clickable buttons/radio buttons/checkboxes, pressing the tab key steps through every single item in the dialog box, which is very annoying and, to me, pointless. Do I recall that there might be a way to limit this behaviour so the tab key only highlights text input boxes, and not every single element? I can't find anything useful in Windows 10's Settings/Control Panel - am I missing something or is this not possible?

    Firefox Search Box Text

    In previous versions of Firefox, I was able to find the option to disable the browser from showing previously entered text into a search or text box. For example, the User Name box on this forum, I type "O" and OrbitzXT pops up. Other text in other search boxes has been popping up as well. I am using Firefox 3.6, I've tried clearing histories and such and it still remembers text in the boxes. Any ideas how to disable this? I don't see any such option in Tools -> Options.

    I would suggest you to run the inbuilt troubleshooter for search and check if the issue persists.

    Follow these steps:

      • Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
      • Click View all from the left pane and select Search and Indexing.
      • Follow the on-screen instructions and check.
