    Cannot exit from Recovery Mode


    My HP laptop entered by its own the Recovery Mode, and I cannot exit it no matter what I do. Yesterday I tried about three times to turn off the PC, but immediately after the 'Shutting down' screen appeared, the login screen was displayed as though I would have turned it on - so I force shut down it.After turning it on today, it directly entered the Recovery Mode and remained stucked there. There are only Trubleshoot „Problembehandlung” on my PC and Turn Off available. I tried countless times, after typing in the decryption keys for both SSDs:Startup repair - it says it couldn't repair my

    Hi Ron,

    Thank you for responding.

    I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

    Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

    • Press Windows + R keys to open
      Run command.
    • Type msconfig and press
      Enter.
    • In the System Configuration window, click on
      General tab.
    • Select Start-up selection as
      Normal startup, click on Apply
      and Ok.
    • Follow onscreen instructions.

    Cannot exit from Recovery Mode

    Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

    Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

    • Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
      keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
      Enter.
    • Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
    • Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

    Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
