    Cannot Exit Windows Reinstallation?


    Hello, I would like to get some help concerning a problem with my computer. My computer tried to reinstall Windows 10 without my permission, despite being fully updated. Whenever I try to close the reinstallation process, it opens up again. I've tried restarting and rebooting my computer in various ways. Eventually, I decided to go ahead and try to complete the reinstallation process. I had to choose the "I don't have a key" option. When I do so, the computer prompts me to just update. When I try to update, I get a message saying "The upgrade option isn't available if you start your computer using Windows Installation Media". I am not sure what's going on here, nor am I sure what to do.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Hi Ron,

    Thank you for responding.

    I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

    Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

    • Press Windows + R keys to open
      Run command.
    • Type msconfig and press
      Enter.
    • In the System Configuration window, click on
      General tab.
    • Select Start-up selection as
      Normal startup, click on Apply
      and Ok.
    • Follow onscreen instructions.

    Cannot Format HD


    Need to initialize it as GPT disk type with HD > 2TB:
    From Admin command prompt:
    1. diskpart
    2. list disk =====> Take a note of disk # for the 4TB HD
    3. select disk # ====> From step 2
    4. clean
    5. exit
    Open Disk Management and initialize the disk as GPT, create simple then format.
