Windows 10: Cannot factory reset or log in

I cannot log into my computer because it says my pin is available and I'm in safe mode so I can't reset it and whenever I try to go factory reset it I get a blue screen error code driver emulator dma violation

No Log-In after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my old computer to get it ready to dispose off. Trouble is, it comes back to the log-in screen but it won't accept my usual password and I don't know how to work around that. Any suggestions?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.
