    Locating my junk/spam folder

    I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10. I also loaded Office 365.

    I can get to my emails and folders just fine... except the Junk/Spam folder. It is nowhere to be found.

    Can someone advise me how to find it??

    Windows 10 email 1) ALL mail going to junk folder 2) Deleting junk mail, then marking as spam. It reappears in the junk folder
