Windows 10: Cannot find apps recommendation in settings

Discus and support Cannot find apps recommendation in settings in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When im installing some apps out of microsoft store allways popup the apps recommendation.But when i click to change that its not here.Please help...
