Windows 10: cannot find bitlocker recovery key in my MS account

In my MS account, trying to find my bitlocker recovery key. It lists 2 devices, with the same number, but the device I am looking for is not listed. When I look under "devices" the correct device is listed there - that is my PC is registered with you. But cannot find the recovery key.

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?

I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.
