Windows 10: Cannot find BitLocker recovery key.

Hi,I Can't find BitLocker recovery key. even with key-id.the issue is i suspend the account for the user in the active directory, after 7 months maybe it asks for the bitlocker key, i search in the azure active directory but coudln't retreive his key. searched with every possible account and yet coudln't. is there any other way to figure it out. or to get rid of it.the reason of windows asking for it, is that i change the secure boot in the bios.Thanks

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
