    cannot find Bitrecovery key ID


    Hi,I recently did factory recovery on my pc and I found I had to unlock my disk d and e with bitrecovery key. I've logged in with my account on Microsoft website but there was only key id available there that is only related to C disk. By the way, I splitted the os disk into c d and e before. Could you tell me how to find the key to unlock these two disk please? best

    Hello,

    I just changed other board of my HP notebook. Now I need to input Bitrecovery key. I went to the link on the blue screen, and logged in to my microsoft account, it didn’t return any product key for me.

    Can someone help me out? My notebook pre installed windows10 pro.

    bitrecovery has locked my University computer with all of my files on it and I have no key code!
