Windows 10: Cannot find "Mixed Reality Link" app in the Microsoft Store! HELP!

I recently had to re-install windows 11 fresh due to my PC getting corrupted by Microsoft's 24H2 Feature Update which was annoying enough, but now I am trying to re-install all my apps and I am trying to re-install the Mixed Reality LinkPreview software per your instructions About Windows Mixed Reality Link - Microsoft Support , however for some reason, I cannot find the app in the Microsoft Store https://aka.ms/mrlink :All I see when doing a search is: Why can't I find the app now and how can I get this back so I can link my Meta Quest 3s? Is there some issue with the M

Dell Windows Mixed Reality randomly blacks out

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
   
3. What is the exact model of the Mixed Reality headset?
   
4. Which drivers did you try re-installing?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and see if that helps.



Method 1:



Try troubleshooting the headset by referring the section My headset displays are black from the article

Troubleshooting Windows Mixed Reality



Method 2:



Try re-installing Windows Mixed Reality Portal and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows + I keys together to open Settings.
   
2. Now click on Apps and select Apps & features
   
3. Search for Mixed Reality Portal and click on it
   
4. Now click on Uninstall
   

Then re-install the app from
Microsoft Store and see if the issue persists.

Mixed reality portal can not open but headsets working fine

Thank you for updating us. We've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps and the same issue still persists. In this case, let's run the
Windows Mixed Reality PC Check. This app is the best way to make sure your PC is ready to run Windows
Mixed Reality. Also, we have to make sure that we are currently using the latest Windows build and version.

For more info, refer to this article: Minimum PC hardware guidelines.

Once the required specification met, we suggest to uninstall and re-install the Windows Mixed Reality.

To uninstall:

• Select Start, then click Settings.
• Click Mixed reality, then select Uninstall.

Make sure to disconnect your headset from your PC and close Mixed Reality Portal before uninstalling. To install it, go to Microsoft Store and download the Windows Mixed Reality.
