Windows 10: cannot find quiet hours setting - windows 10

i want to turn off quiet hours, so:

Click the switches beneath any options you'd like to disable or enable. You can also click the switches next to individual apps to enable or disable notifications."


i did this, and there is no "quiet hours" button to select. what do u suggest? i want to turn it off because i'm having a skype issue (phone won't ring), and someone in your skype section suggested turning off quiet hours. i can't solve that until i solve this!

Quiet Hours are times of day when you don't want to be disturbed by notifications. How to set them up:

• 1. Click the Action Center icon on the taskbar.
• 2. Click Quiet hours.
  3. Set your Quiet Hours.

The last (3) seems to suggest there is a setting - but as you - and others- have observed it seems to be just an on/off button now.

Step 1 - PC Settings

Step 2 - Search And Apps Settings

Step 3 - Notifications and you will be able to set custom hours there.

Method 2

Step 1 - Windows Key + A(To open windows action center)

Step 2 - You can switch on Quiet hours there.

Quiet Hours configuration

The default configuration for quiet hours in Windows 10 client is:

• The feature is enabled by default on all machines
  
• The window of time when it can be engaged is from
  12 midnight to 6 AM
• Notifications related to calls from VOIP lock screen call capable apps and Alarms are allowed to come through.

The user can disable the feature, or change the times of quiet hours, and/or determine if calls are allowed through the
Quiet Hours Settings screen. Settings are on a per-user basis only.

• Type Settings in search bar.
• Click the Search and Apps tab, then click
  Notifications
• Scroll until you see the Quiet Hours options.
