Cannot Find Script File "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\System\smss-DoOoMs.vbs"when i start my win 11 pc and it just show out

Application Error (0xc000007b) And Windows script host (can not find script file)

1) please how do I resolve this issue, any time I try to open several applications it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application"

2) please how can I resolve this as well, whenever I start my computer it always show this " can not find script file " c:\Users\owner\AppData\Local\Temp\System\smss-DoOoMs"

I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor and a Windows 10 expert. I hope I can help you with your concern.

Method 1:

=> Go to C:\User\Denis\AppData\Local\Temp\

=>Create a new text file and add this text to that file:

WScript.Quit

=>Save that text file, then rename it to (change the txt files extension to vbs):

PJKh.vbs

=>Restart your PC

Method 2.:

=>Download Autoruns.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/d...

=> Run Autoruns.

=> Select Logon tab.

=> Find the Entry with (C:\User\Denis\AppData\Local\Temp) image path.

=> Right-click that entry and click delete.

=> Restart your PC.

Thanks, Casey, the problem is something else then. Courtesy DaveM post here see the following:

Go to C:\Users\antho\AppData\Local\Temp\

On the View Ribbon make sure you can see filename extensions

Create a new text file and add this text to that file:

WScript.Quit

Save that text file, then rename it to (change the txt files extension to vbs):

JVNOI.vbs

Do the same for MKda.vbs, hsYC.vbs, Fnjle.vbs
