    hey can anyone help me out?

    I have just built a new system with the latest and greatest components, going to download new apps and the one is requiring .net 3.5, I have 4.7 enabled automatically but when I go to enable 3.5 and do everything normally (turning on program and features)

    the screen goes to the "finding required files" to "downloading required files" and gets stuck right before the end of the download?


    I have turned off my firewall/protection, enabled cookies

    I have tried manually installing via Microsoft downloads

    going through control panel

    going through command prompt (apparently I don't have the authority to use the command as and admin

    going through a 3rd party site..


    all with the same results?

    any help would be much appreciated.

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
