Windows 10: Cannot fix an error which prevents me from running Whocrashed

I had a crash after installing the newest Nvidia driver and playing a game for several hours. So I decided to check out the crash info but Whocrashed would not run.

Here is the error:





I tried reinstalling Whocrashed but get the same error. In fact, uninstalling it produces the same error and I cannot uninstall it without a special tool, Yamicsoft's Windows 10 Smart Uninstaller. But it cannot delete certain registry files which may or may not be important let alone the reason for the error. I also cannot manually delete the registry entries.












I have successfully run SFC. I have tried all of the following though no problems were found:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I have run deep hard drive scans (no errors), ran Smartfix and Shane's Tweaking.com Windows Repair. Nothing is working.

error code: 0x85050041 ....how to fix it.

As per my finding I found that the error code 0x85050041 is with respect to Mail app. Confirm to us if so.

If so, let us try the below troubleshooting steps to fix Mail app and check if it helps.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Method 3: I suggest you to Disable Proxy Settings

Windows Store apps won't work properly if you are using a proxy server. You may disable the proxy server and check.

Follow the below steps.

• Press Windows Key + R to open run command, type
  inetcpl.cpl.
• Under Internet Options, go to
  Connections tab.
• c. Click on the LAN Settings button.
• Then uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.
• Click Apply.
