Windows 10: Cannot format SSD to fresh install windows.

I have tried using diskpart to clear the write protection on the drive as I was getting the error code saying We couldn’t format the selected partition 0x80042428 however this was not effective. I have also tried formatting the drive through disk part, it will appear formatted but after restarting the pc is goes back to the same state it was in before. Both of my drives do show up in bios but they are not showing up in boot option's. I am in desperate need to get this fixed as I need my PC for my schooling.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Does windows format upon fresh installation properly wipe data on SSD?

If I re-install fresh windows 10 on a previously used SSD, the windows installer will format the SSD I understand. However, will the data that was on there be securely erased by this procedure? I cannot manage to format the SSD beforehand, because it is locked. Can still perfectly use it though, but both my BIOS and third party apps will not allow me to format it. Thanks in advance!

 

Windows 7 SSD fresh install

i have an issue, i did a fresh instal of windows 7 and it seems to be taking up allready 50 gb's of space on my ssd :S tough windows folder it self states it only uses 13gb
and i have no other programs installed why is this taking up so mutch space
and how can i change my documents to a differend driver letter?
