Windows 10: Cannot fully connect to MS Wireless Display Adapter 4k

Thank you for reading my question. I have several Lenovo ThinkPads all running the latest 21H1 build. I have purchased the MS wireless adapter V1, V2, 4k and none of my computers will successfully connect. I bought the Screen Beam Mini 2 and a Samsung TV that has screen casting. They all try to connect and show a connection is trying but it never is successful. MS support tells me the adapters are bad and they can send me new ones in two weeks but that seems far from the case since it won't work on 3rd party devices either. How can this be resolved? I have an office of 100 people with 7 TVs to

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
   Action Center.
3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
   Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

MS Wireless display adapter - wont connect

I have a MS Surface Book running Windows 10 and I bought a MS Wireless display adapter to connect to m Samsung Smart TV.

I plugged in the display adapter as per instructions and the connection was made immediately and my laptop now has the display adapter listed.

I was able to project from laptop to TV for a few minutes then it disconnected and will not reconnect.

Each time it tries, it briefly connects, I get the message saying there is a firmware update, but it does not stay connected long enough for me to run the update.

Its driving me mad.

Please help!

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the model of the TV?
   

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:

Method 1: Fix connections to wireless displays or docks.

Method 2: Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.
