    Cannot get any image on the right #2 monitor - Help!


    I just got an Acer HDMi desktop computer. I cannot get the operating system to recognize both of my monitors. Have gone into Bios, it sees them. Have gone into dislpay settings, it see both. Cannot get any image on the right #2 screen. Any ideas, before I return the computer?

    Trouble with 2 monitors

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

    Please follow below steps:

    • Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
    • Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
