Windows 10: Cannot get computer to function

I was prompted to do upgrades on Windows 10. After 16 hours my computer was blank and would do nothing. I unplugged it. It restarted and I cannot get it to go back to normal. I do not even know exactly how I was able to get into this. Please help.

• Single Click on the file.
• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.
