    Cannot get my computers to talk to one another?


    I have an ACER predator desk top, (Computer "A") and an ACER laptop (Computer "B").


    on computer "A" I was able to set up a connection to "B", but I cannot copy, move, or even save anything to "B" from "A".

    keeps telling me I lack admin privileges.


    On Computer "B" It will not even see "A"


    (all my drive are completely shared in their settings.)


    One trouble shooter tells me that both devices are using (N.A.T.) and to contact administrator (thats ME), and another trouble shooter tells me to reconfigure my network?


    I haven't a clue what any of that means or how to do any of it.

    P.S. Microsoft! You created this problem when you took away homegroup. Before this I never had problems networking my computers. Bring Homegroup Back and this will solve the issue.!


    It was a big mistake to remove Homegroup...………….bring it back....please!!!!

    Can I ask if you have a step by step tutorial or guide on how I do this? To be honest I do not have any idea what you are talking about Cannot get my computers to talk to one another? :)

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
