    Cannot get my laptop to work with Mouse without Borders


    I have a PC running Windows 10 Pro and a Surface 4 laptop running Windows 11 Home. I installed WWB on both machines. I initiated on my PC which seemed to work but my laptop will not connect. It gives an IP error. Any ideas on what I can do?Thanks*** Moved to Windows not a Surface-device specific issue**

    • Do you get any error message when you try to access the Laptop on VPN?
    • Have you installed Mouse without Borders setup on both the systems?

    If not, I suggest you to install the latest setup of Mouse without Borders on both the systems and check if it helps.

    NOTE: The same version of Mouse without Borders must be run in the machines.
