    Cannot get NetFlix


    Since installing Windows 10 I cannot watch movies on Netflix. I can access the Netflix website, however, when I click on the show I was watching I get an error message.

    I know it's not the Netflix website because I can watch the movies on my other computer.

    Any suggestions ??

    Hi

    I cannot update my netflix app and keep getting error code 0x87af001 . Most annoying as cannot watch Netflix until app is updated .

    Any help appreciated

    Cannot get NetFlix

    I have the same issue after I did a clean instillation of 10.. it worked fine after I did the upgrade. I suspect that we lost something when the clean install was done and Netflix will have to do something about this.

    I can get them via the website/browser but not through the app. How about you?

    Here is the Error I get: W8156-80070002

    It says that it's a graphic driver issue.. I bet the win10 drivers aren't compatible with the Netflix app.

    Cannot get NetFlix

    I go through the Netflix website - which comes up fine. When I click on the movie I'm currently watching I get the following error message:

    "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again."

    Of course I tried numerous times and continue to get this error message. This only started after I installed Windows 10.

    What web browser are you using to access Netflix web site ? If your using Internet explorer 11 it will not work

    The issue is with the Windows Netflix app.. and not a browser issue.

    I guess so.. I plan on calling them tomorrow some time and see what happens. When I tried to use the 8.1 drivers I got the same error. And I don't expect any help from Netflix to be honest what I expect is .. well them telling me to use 8.1. I know what occurred.. something was lost when I did a clean install of 10 but what is the question..
