Windows 10: Cannot get rid of this trojan

Discus and support Cannot get rid of this trojan in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; basically, i was using my pc and then i check my window security and then there is a trojan called "Trojan:Win32/MpTamperBulkExcel.H" and i cannot get...     Cannot get rid of this trojan


    basically, i was using my pc and then i check my window security and then there is a trojan called "Trojan:Win32/MpTamperBulkExcel.H" and i cannot get rid of it, i tried full scan, offline scan and even clean my temp file.additional info : here this is the affected item, amsi: \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe^incase you wanted to know, oh and by the way, the trojan keep multiply itself for a few days now and it made my pc really slow and the window security recommended action won't do anything

    Can't get rid of Trojan.

    I have tried everything shown and nothing gets rid of the Trojan or the red x on the security shield.
