Windows 10: Cannot get sound to work after new Windows update

OK, I've read through this community and tried everything. I've got a "No Audio Output Device is Installed" problem. I've run Troubleshooter many times and it never fixes the issue. I've deleted and reinstalled the generic audio drivers. I've deleted and reinstalled the AMD and Realtek drivers. I have a DTS Audio Control in the tray and it says I don't have an audio device connected I do. I have tried several different ones. When I plug in speakers speakers into the jack, I get a popup from Realtek that says I plugged a speaker. I plugged in a USB speaker and it says setting up the device an

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
