Windows 10: Cannot get Windows 11 to work.

I purchased a new computer with Windows 11 Home. There was a promotion for a free trial of Microsoft 365 for one month. We decided to cancel the trial. Now we cannot get Windows 11 to work even though it shows it is still active. All it will let me try to do is resubscribe to Microsoft 365 and will not allow Windows 11 to work. What can I do?Snip it will not load, the pop up says your subscription to Microsoft 365 has expired, Renew?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
