Windows 10: Cannot input emoji

hello everyone​

I have question​

previously, the emoji panel on my laptop E5-475G was working normally, no problem​

but after i installed KB4592438 cumulative update for 20H2,I can't input emoji,​

the panel is open, but I can't input anything..​

this is an example notepad​

before update, everything is alright, 100% work
​

after i installed KB4592438​

when i press the emoji shortcut Win+. panels are located at random places, even if I move it into notepad, the panel still open, but every time i click one of the emojis, nothing happen, none of the emojis are input into notepad​

I am asking if there is a solution to my problem?

1. When you say “having NO EMOJIS”, may I know where exactly you are looking for the emojis?
   
2. What is the build of Windows 10 running on your system? To check that, press the
   Windows key and R key, type winver and press
   Enter.

Can open windows emoji picker but no input

I can access windows emoji picker but it doesn't input and detect keywords (for example, searching for ice emoji)
It also only stays on the very first emoji and cannot choose (using arrow keys)


currently running Version 2004 build 19041.572

 

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:
Set up accounts.

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.
