Windows 10: cannot insert image into the community question form!

    cannot insert image into the community question form!


    Over the last hour or so, i have tried to insert an image into this form, but each time i try, the little upload windows states 'failed to upload'. I have refreshed the page and signed out and then signed back in again but this issue persists.Is there a system issue or is it just me?
